PARTNER TERMS / PARTNER PROGRAM AGREEMENT

Welcome to the ENVOLVP Partner Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

• $500 commission for each completed Standard Diagnostic order ($995)
• $1,000 commission for each completed Rush Diagnostic order ($1,990)
• Commissions approved only after the audit is fully delivered to the customer
• Commissions paid weekly via PayPal or wire

2. Attribution Window

• 90-day attribution window
• Last-click attribution
• ENVOLVP tracking required
• No commission for expired tracking or direct-typed visits

3. Prohibited Promotion Methods

• No spam or unsolicited messages
• No misleading claims
• No false promises of ROI
• No bidding on "ENVOLVP" or brand keywords
• No fake testimonials
• No impersonation of ENVOLVP representatives
• No coupon sites or discount codes without approval

4. Fraud & Abuse Protection

We may reject commissions for:

• Self-referrals
• Duplicate orders from the same customer
• Canceled / refunded orders before delivery
• Orders from the partner's own company
• Violations of program rules

5. Payout Timing

• Paid weekly via ENVOLVP
• Must meet minimum payout threshold defined by ENVOLVP
• Payouts released only after order is delivered + approved

6. ENVOLVP as System of Record

All partner tracking, referrals, and payouts are processed through ENVOLVP. In the event of any discrepancy between our internal records and ENVOLVP's records, the data in ENVOLVP will be treated as the source of truth.

7. No Guaranteed Earnings

ENVOLVP does not guarantee that any partner will earn a specific amount of commissions. Your results depend on your audience, traffic quality, and promotional efforts.

8. Termination

ENVOLVP may terminate partner accounts for violations or fraudulent activity.
